PROPOSED MEAL PERIOD

The ‘Proposed Meal Period Time’ is a recommended meal period time. This time includes any compensable travel time, and the projected work time based on a specific Jobsite Clock-in Time. By taking your meal period at or before this time, you should avoid any late meal period violations. 

COMPENSABLE TRAVEL NOTE

Additionally, if you have compensable travel time (travel time exceeding 1 hour), the formula will calculate it. You MUST include this in the RAKEN payroll notes. 

EX) After clocking in, add to RAKEN payroll note, ‘Compensable travel time 0.58 hours’. This format is exactly how it will produce the results when travel time is inputted. Use RAKEN screen shots below as an example of how to add a payroll note, and what it should include.
